GalleryBox responds to this gap as a youth-initiated public art project in Markham, envisioning a city where every neighbourhood offers a small but meaningful space to celebrate young creativity. Our vision is to build a warm, supportive network where young creators feel encouraged to express themselves, explore new ideas, and take pride in their work.

Over time, these boxes form a youth-led creative ecosystem,
a constellation of tiny spaces across the city where imagination can take root. Each box strengthens the next, creating a gentle network of visibility, encouragement, and shared inspiration for young artists.
